We love this hotel chain. The room was very nice. We had a king size bed, and it was very comfortable! Nice size TV. Walk in shower. I like that they use reusable shampoo and soap dispensers. Refrigerator in the room. No microwave, but there is one at the front desk Very clean and colorful. The blackout curtains really work! We got in late from a concert and slept in. I knew it was getting late but it still seemed like night there was no sunlight coming in. It was very nice! This hotel had foosball tables in the lobby. They always have a great selection of snacks at the desk and it can be charged to the room. My husband is disabled and went down to the desk by himself in the middle of the night for some snacks and the employee was very helpful!! All the staff we interacted with were great!! There were a few restaurants nearby. Right off the bypass. Close to Riverbend Music Center. We definitely will stay at this chain again.

It was a super cool facility but above all it was clean! The room was small and perfect. The breakfast was good and sufficient. It was super quiet during quiet hours even though there was a ton of kids there. The young man that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The morning lady that was taking care of the breakfast area did a fantastic job and was extremely friendly. I think the best thing about this hotel was the blinds!! Double pull down screen type blinds...whoever had that idea needs a raise!!!!! We will most definitely be back!!

The location and the attitude of the staff. Especially Tammy and Jordan. Friendly and very considerate and caring. And for Jess for helping me take care of a reservation mistake. Which saved me from being charged one nights stay for canceling a reservation made by mistake.

The staff was extremely friendly, our room was very spacious & clean, breakfast was ok after they finally got the pancake machine to work. I hear it has issues every 1st bag in the morning. Just a suggestion, maybe switch one pancake machine to the waffle machines.
